Jeg skriver til dig, fordi jeg mangler noget dokumentation for at kunne
behandle din ansøgning om dagpenge.
Du oplyser på din ledighedserklæring, at du ikke har en varig opholds- og
arbejdstilladelse i Danmark.
Betingelsen for at kunne få dagpenge er, at du med dags varsel kan stille dig
til rådighed for arbejde af 37 timers varighed pr. uge. Hvis din
arbejdstilladelse er betinget i forhold til antal timer, du må arbejde, eller
perioden, du må blive i landet, kan det have betydning for din ret til
dagpenge.
Jeg beder dig derfor sende en kopi af din arbejds- og opholdstilladelse, som
jeg skal bruge for at behandle din ansøgning.
