Som fortalt oplever vi pt. udfordringer med kvaliteten af QC rapporterne. Se vedhæftede eksempler. De oplyser først i ’2nd Inspection’ at der ydermere er problemer med at håndtagene er påmonteret skævt! På QC rapporter fra den nye zink leverandør (Century Household) oplever jeg at billeder af forkert produkt vises. Informationer er forkerte. Og endnu vigtigere at visse informationer tilbageholdes/undlades!

Ifølge Karl er normal procedure at der ikke laves QC hos ny leverandør førend ordren er helt færdigproduceret og -pakket. I dette tilfælde er kun 15% færdigpakket!


Vi sidder ’på den anden side af jorden’ og skal godkende afskibning udfra mangelfulde rapporter – det er absolut ikke tilfredsstillende. Vi har derimod brug for faglig support / sparring fra QC/QE således vi tilsikrer at der ikke afskibes containere, der er behæftet med store fejl!

Dette var lige lidt skriftlige inputs. Jeg uddyber gerne mundtligt. Og forventer også at vende ovenstående på møde med Will i næste uge.

Hi HenrikAs we currently are experiencing challenges with telling quality of QC reports. See attached examples. The first in the ' 2nd Inspection ' informs that there are problems with the handles are fitted awry! We, on the other hand, use the technical support/sparring from QC/QE, therefore, we ensure that there is no shipped containers that are subject to large errors!
