Vi har problemer med printeren DKPR

Vi har problemer med printeren DKPRT00548 den vil ikke printe.
Umiddelbart melder printeren ingen fejl og kopi funktionen virker fint.
Jeg oprettede i går nedenstående sag, for at få tømt print køen, hvis det var der fejlen lå.

Printkøen er nu tømt, men printeren virker stadig ikke, hvis jeg vil installere printeren i citrix får jeg fejlmelding at printeren ikke eksisterer (se vedhæftede billede)
Printeren står til udskiftning på fredag (RICOH kommer med ny) jeg mistænker lidt at ”nogen” har slettet/skiftet driveren til den nye? (hvis ja så er det jo lidt for tidligt)
Vil i se på det ?
