Er du studerende eller måske enlig har du nu mulighed for at leje min dejlige lejlighed i en 2 årig snarest. Lejligheden ligger ugeneret på øverste "dæk" for enden af svalegangen og er på 45 m2. Den er ny istandsat og fremstår indbydende med lyse vægge og lyse gulve. Der er en dejlig udsigt fra stuen som har fransk altan. Dejlig stort badeværelse med kar og brus, alt efter hvordan man ønsker det. Køkkenet er fuldt funktionsdygtigt med nyt komfur/ovn samt nyt køl/frys. Det er ikke et spisekøkken men hyggeligt og klar til at servere en gourmet middag. I forlængelse med stuen er indrettet et mindre men hyggeligt soverum med masser af skabsplads .

Hov,- jeg glemte at nævne at der til lejligheden er fællesvaskeri, gildesal med tilhørende swimmingpool som kan benyttes efter vilkår for husorden.

Lejligheden ligger tæt på bus og togforbindelser og Rødovre Centrum. Hvis vejret er godt, har man rige muligheder for en dejlig gå eller cykeltur ved volden. Denne ligger 50 m fra lejligheden.

Der er kabel-tv med et utal af program muligheder og internet adgang som dog selv afregnes af lejeren med internet udbyder.

Leje pr. md. 4500 kr. inkl. acconto forbrug af el og varme. Eventuel merforbrug afregnes af lejer.

Ved indgåelse af lejekontrakt betales depositum på 3 md. husleje (13500 kr.) Der benyttes standarsvilkår for lejekontrakt.

The apartment is located on the secluded upper "deck" at the end of the Green corridor and is 45 m2. It is new reconditioned and is inviting with bright walls and bright floors. There is a lovely view from the living room which has a French balcony. Nice large bathroom with tub and shower, depending on how you want it. the kitchen is fully functional with new stove/oven and a new fridge/freezer. It is not a kitchen but cozy and ready to serve a gourmet dinner. In the living room is furnished with a small extension but cosy bedrooms with lots of closet space.Whoa,-I forgot to mention that for the occasion are communal laundry, party room, complete with a swimming pool that can be used for terms for house rules.The apartment is located close to bus and train links and Rødovre Centrum. If the weather is nice, you have ample opportunities for a nice walk or bike ride through the violence. This is 50 metres from the apartment.There is cable tv with a vast number of program options and internet access which may even be settled by the tenant with the internet service provider (ISP).Rent per MD. 4500 DKK incl. acconto consumption of electricity and heat. There is a lovely view from the living room which has a French balcony. Nice big bathroom with bath and shower, depending on how you want it.The kitchen is fully functional with new stove/oven and a new Refridgerator/freezer. This is not a kitchen-dining room but cozy and ready to serve a gourmet dinner. In an extension of the living room is decorated a small but cozy sleeping rooms with lots of closet space .

Oh,- I forgot to mention that to the apartment is communal laundry at an additional cost,Guildhall with associated swimming pool which can be used on conditions for husorden.

The apartment is located close to bus and train services and Liverpool city center. If the weather is good, we have rich opportunities for a nice walk or bike ride with violence. This is located 50 meters from the apartment.

There is cable tv with a myriad of program opportunities and access to the internet, however, as even be settled by the tenant with the internet provider.
