Nedenstående mail fra Kelly stemmer jo ikke overens med den mail jeg fik i morges.

Anyways, jeg afventer vægten på metervaren før vi kan beslutte metervaren



Jeg har aldrig bedt om en ny lace på VONDA, men godkendte derimod en lace da vi startede programmet d. 11. Dec. Så det må hun have misforstået. Jeg har godkendt en ny lace i dag, men det er dumt tidsspilde, når vi egentlig allerede havde godkendt en lace. Hvis hun er i tvivl om noget, så skal hun da lige smide mig en mail inden de sourcer efter nye options og sender til godkendelse uden yderligere forklaring.

Jeg reagerer på det her fordi vi er så presset med leveringerne samt priserne på vores Project Unknown varer. Alt hvad vi kan gør for at reducere priser og leveringstider, må simpelthen gøres. Jeg synes jeg har nævnt det mange gange, men synes desværre at disse situationer opstår igen og igen.



Du ved hvor meget vi bliver presset af Carsten, og jeg skal være sikker på at vi og East arbejder mod samme mål, ellers er det lidt svært at blive ved med at forsvare at vi er et low price Express brand J



Sig endelig til hvad vi kan gøre herfra for at reducere både leveringstid og priser – vi er åben for alle forslag, så længe det er forbedringer

Dec so it she must have misunderstood. I have approved a new lace today, but it's stupid waste of time, when we actually had already approved a lace. If she is in doubt about something, then she then just throw me an email before we source for new options and send for approval without further explanation. I respond to it here because we're so pressed with deliveries and prices on our Project Unknown items. Everything we can do to reduce prices and delivery times, simply must be done. I think I've mentioned it many times, but seems unfortunately to these situations arise again and again. You know how much we will be pressured by Carsten, and I need to be sure that we are working toward the same goal and the East, otherwise it is a little hard to continue to defend that we are a low price Express brand (J) It finally to what we can do from here to reduce both lead time and pricing – we are open to any suggestions, as long as it's improvements
