Byggeweb A/s har ophavsretten samt enhver anden immateriel rettighed, der er knyttet til Byggeweb-løsningen, herunder til software, layout og design m.v. Kunden får ved denne aftale ikke
tildelt andre af disse rettigheder udover den oven for nævnte licens. Kunden har ophavsretten til data og filer (tegninter, dokumenger m.v.), som Kunden selv lægger lid på serveren.

Construction/site/Web a/s holds the copyright and any other intellectual property right that is associated with the construction/site/Web-solution, including software, layout and design, etc., the customer gets by this agreement does notassigned to the other of these rights in addition to the above mentioned license. The customer holds the copyright to data and files (character inter, dokumenger, etc.) which the customer himself puts lid on the server.
